Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships. We ship from London, UK.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of fragrance (hygiene), opened bottles cannot be accepted unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Engravings & Custom Orders
Personalised and engraved bottles are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Return

- We will send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Drop off at any postal collection point
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
Common Questions
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once dispatched, we cannot change the address.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We ship to PO boxes for Standard shipping only. Express and Next Day delivery require a physical address.
What do I do if my parcel is lost?
If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and reship or refund.
Are there import duties on international orders?
Customers outside the UK/EU are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
